Your computer must meet the following system requirements in order to run this application effectively:

Active Protection Warning

Ensure there is no other real-time protection software running when using Active Protection (including other Antivirus applications) as the two programs running together may cause a noticeable decrease in system performance. You will notice an improvement in system performance by running VIPRE Internet Security in place of other Antimalware programs and should NEVER have more than ONE Firewall running at a time.

Sourceport Computing provides single machine license keys from its reseller account, with a full installation and configuration of GFI's VIPRE Internet Security starting at: $50.00 (plus tax) upon client request.

Multi-machine license keys are also available for a few dollars more to offer additional savings (as per manufacturer guidelines) to the end user. Please note that GFI prices are subject to change without notice.

OEM versions are exactly the same as boxed versions, except they don't come with a fancy box. Everything is typically stored on the client's computer (in digital format), which consists of the original setup file, user manual and support information. CD's can also be provided (upon request) at a cost of $5 (plus tax) per disk.

VIPRE Internet Security (that was purchased from us, as was stated above) can be installed on the client's machine(s) at NO EXTRA CHARGE if the client machine(s) arrived in our shop for a clean system reload.

In other situations where the client brings in their machine(s) for the sole purpose of having us perform the installation of VIPRE Internet Security, a FREE evaluation of the client's machine(s) will first need to be performed to determine any other issue(s) that may exist before a flat-rated written quote can be provided.

GFI Software provides FREE tech support by providing a toll free number, eMail response, a well written user manual, detailed help files within the software and through additional resources on their website.
